Your monthly fee grants you the Roomba® robot vacuum with the Clean Base® Automatic Dirt Disposal, automatic accessory replenishment, a premium protection plan that includes accidental damage protection for the life of your membership, a dedicated Support Team, access to the Select Member Portal, and eligibility to upgrade to a new robot every 3 years.
To keep your iRobot Select membership active, you will be charged a monthly membership fee every 30 days, The timing of your first monthly fee is indicated on your order confirmation. The next billing cycle begins 30 days after robot delivery. See membership terms for details.

Yes, should you want to return your robot there is a 30 day money-back-guarantee period, within which you can return the robot and cancel your membership at no cost to you. Note that to take advantage of the money-back-guarantee you must return your robot within the first 30 days of receiving your robot. See membership terms for details.
If your membership has a term commitment and you cancel prior to the end of your term, then you may be charged an early termination fee and your robot will no longer function. This fee is prorated depending on your term commitment. At the end of your term commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis. If you decide to cancel after the end of your term commitment, your robot will no longer function, but no cancelation fee will be charged. See membership terms for details.
Just like how standard vacuums have replacement parts, Roomba® robots have some robot accessories that need to be changed from time-to-time like filters and bags for the Clean Base ® Automatic Dirt Disposal. Automatic accessory replacement uses predictive intelligence to identify when you will need replacements and ship them to your door before you even realize you need them. This is all included with your membership, and you can track the health of your robot accessories and accessory replacement shipments through the membership portal.
The premium protection plan will cover your Roomba® robot and Clean Base® Automatic Dirt Disposal associated with your iRobot Select membership. Generally coverage includes everything typically covered in our standard manufacturer's warranty, plus accidental damage coverage, and robot/battery replacement should you need it. The Select member portal gives you access to see unique data and insights about your robot, interact with your dedicated Support Team, see the status of automatic accessory shipments and manage your iRobot Select membership.
Use the iRobot Home App as you would with any other Roomba® robot vacuum. With the account you used to make your Select Membership purchase, you will login to the app as well as to the Select Member Portal. Once logged in to the iRobot Home App, you'll be able to provision your robot, start a cleaning job, build your Smart Map and configure your cleaning sessions and schedule. Your Experience Manager is here for you if you have any questions or require support.
Customers who stay iRobot Select members for 36 payment cycles (or 3 years) will be eligible to upgrade their robot to a new iRobot Select membership robot. No. You are buying an iRobot Select Membership which includes the Roomba® robot vacuum, the Clean Base® Automatic Dirt Disposal and other membership features. You own the self-emptying robot vacuum and it will continue to operate as long as your Select membership is active.
Currently iRobot Select only ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
